Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Web3India Technology for using CryptoSignals. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The short version
- CryptoSignals is an educational and analytical tool. It is not investment advice, and we never tell you to buy, sell, or hold anything.
- We do not buy, sell, hold, exchange, or transfer crypto. We do not accept crypto as payment. We are not an exchange, broker, wallet, or investment adviser.

1. Who we are
CryptoSignals ("CryptoSignals", "we", "us") is a software service operated by Web3India Technology, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Founder: Prasad Rao. Contact: support@web3india.net.
2. What the service is
CryptoSignals provides software tools that help you understand information you receive about crypto assets, including:
- Tip Checker: analyses a tip, link, or screenshot you submit and shows risk indicators and market data.
- Technical readings: rule-based bullish/bearish readings on selected coins, with a public record of past readings.
- Portfolio health: a view of risk in holdings you share with us through a read-only exchange connection, CSV import, or manual entry.
- AI Advisor: plain-language explanations of concepts and of the data the service shows you.
- Alerts by email, Telegram, or web push.
The service is provided for education and information only. Nothing on CryptoSignals is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and nothing is personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered with SEBI or any other regulator as an investment adviser or research analyst. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Some features described on our website are under development and are released in stages. Features and limits available to you are those shown in your account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is lawful where you live.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login secure. Turn on two-factor authentication where available. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share or resell your account.
- Tell us at once at support@web3india.net if you think your account has been misused.
5. Plans, trial and billing
- Plans. We offer a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and features are shown on our pricing section. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless shown otherwise.
- Free trial. Each person can take one 7-day free trial of a paid plan. No payment details are needed to start. At the end of the trial your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. We may refuse or end a trial if we detect repeated or abusive trials.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay using cards, UPI (including UPI Autopay), or other methods Razorpay supports. We do not see or store your full card or UPI details.
- Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may keep your access for a short grace period and then move your account to the Free plan.
- Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Price changes. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your subscription. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Taxes. Prices shown are the amount you pay. If we become registered for GST in future, we will tell you how this affects prices before it applies to you.
6. Exchange connections
- We only accept read-only exchange API keys. We check permissions when you connect and reject any key that can trade, withdraw, or transfer funds.
- We encrypt stored keys and never show them back to you in full, never send them to any AI system, and never use them for anything other than reading your balances and history to provide the service.
- You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for the keys you create on your exchange; revoke them on the exchange if you stop using CryptoSignals.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any exchange.
7. Content you submit
When you submit tips, links, screenshots, questions, or files ("your content"), you keep ownership of it. You give us a limited licence to store and process it to provide and improve the service, including sending it to our service providers (such as AI providers) for processing. We will only publish a report of your tip check if you choose to share it, and shared reports do not show your identity.
Do not submit content you have no right to share, personal information about other people, or anything unlawful.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to promote or run pump-and-dump schemes or paid tip groups;
- present CryptoSignals output as your own advice, or use our name or brand to promote any token, group, or service;
- scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data, or access it through automated means except our official API where your plan includes it;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security of the service;
- upload malware or content that tries to manipulate our systems (including prompt-injection attempts);
- impersonate CryptoSignals or its staff. Our only official accounts are listed on our Official accounts page.
9. Market data, readings and AI
- Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We show attributions where required.
- Technical readings are produced by fixed, published rules. They describe past and current market data; they do not predict the future. Past readings, including our public ledger, are no guarantee of future results.
- A Tip Checker risk level shows warning signs we detected. A low risk level does not mean a tip is safe, and a high one does not prove fraud.
- AI-generated explanations can contain mistakes. Numbers shown to you come from our deterministic calculations, not from the AI; always check important information yourself.
10. Risk disclosure
Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.
Crypto prices are volatile and you can lose all the money you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose, and understand the tax rules that apply to you.
11. Intellectual property
The service, software, design, logos, the name "CryptoSignals", readings, reports, and content we create belong to Web3India Technology or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own purposes while you follow these terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Web3India Technology will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on anything it shows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Web3India Technology for losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users or for us, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email or in the app about important changes before they apply. If you keep using the service after changes apply, you accept the new terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
